Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel with three friends to attend a football game in Melbourne. Overall, it was a comfortable and quiet stay with good coffee and a lovely balcony. The location is convenient for accessing major sporting hubs, but it's a bit out of the town center. The service was friendly but could have been more informative about nearby shops and restaurants.
The hotel's brand new rooms were in mint condition and spacious with good facilities, though they were not serviced daily as advertised. The location was fantastic for attending sporting and concert events but slightly challenging to access the car park. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering efficient services. Overall, a clean and functional kitchen added value to the stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic, with great views over Melbourne's sports stadiums and high-rise skyline from the rooms. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for families, and we even had some friendly visitors, a pair of cockatoos, on our balcony. However, the lack of fan conditioning or air conditioning meant we had to leave our bedroom doors open, which was a bit inconvenient.
Despite facing onto a noisy road with heavy traffic, the hotel was very quiet and clean overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering after-hours check-in due to a delayed flight. The location was great for attending the nearby MCG and enjoying views of AAMI Stadium and the city. The dining didn't offer much variety but was satisfactory. Overall, a comfortable stay marred slightly by external noise.
